Terms of Service

Each order you place is a legally enforceable contract. If you fail to pickup your order, you are still obligated to pay for the items you order.

We strive to pack the best quality produce in your order. In the event that product arrives defective, we will provide a store credit to the customer, provided that the customer notifies us promptly at support@farmivore.farm.

Our goal is to provide the highest quality produce, and we require our producers to deliver market-grade products. The customer understands that our products may not have the "perfect" appearance of mass-produced produce since we source from small scale farmers that cannot afford to cull produce with slight imperfections
